Focused, uninterrupted care

One-on-one physical therapy with time for skilled hands-on care.

Your appointment is reserved for you. Dr. Lim performs the examination, manual therapy, dry needling, education, and exercise instruction himself throughout the visit—without overlapping patients or handing treatment to an aide. This makes it possible to spend meaningful time on skilled hands-on care instead of limiting it to a brief check-in before independent exercise.

A thoughtful starting point

When uninterrupted hands-on care matters most

More time is not the goal by itself. The value is having enough uninterrupted clinical attention to examine, treat with your hands, reassess the response, and build that change into the activity you want back.

  • Pain or movement limitations that remain after a standard or mostly exercise-based physical therapy plan
  • Several body regions or contributing factors that need to be considered together
  • A return to running, lifting, work, or sport that requires more than basic exercise
  • A preference for clear explanations and an active role in clinical decisions

01

Your symptom behavior, medical history, prior treatment, and the activities you want back

02

Movement, mobility, strength, coordination, and task-specific capacity

03

How symptoms respond to carefully selected movement or hands-on testing

04

Whether physical therapy is appropriate or another medical opinion is needed

The plan

Care that changes as you do.

Every step is measured against symptoms, function, recovery, and the activity you want to regain.

01

Listen

We begin with what happened, what has been tried, what you are worried about, and what a meaningful result would look like to you.

02

Examine

Testing is selected to clarify the picture—not to run you through a generic checklist or assign blame to one posture or muscle.

03

Treat with skilled hands-on care

Depending on what the examination finds, Dr. Lim's hands-on care can include joint mobilization or manipulation, soft-tissue treatment, and trigger point or electro dry needling.

04

Reassess and build on the change

Your response is checked during the visit, then exercise and loading are used to carry useful changes into daily life, training, or sport.

Clinical perspective

Exercise matters. It is not the only skilled care you receive.

In many high-volume clinics built around insurance reimbursement, one therapist may oversee several patients during the same hour. Skilled hands-on care can be limited to a brief window while patients work through most of an exercise program largely on their own. It is understandable when someone leaves wondering, ‘If I am mostly exercising by myself, why not just do this at home?’ Limitless was designed to protect what is easily lost in that model: uninterrupted clinical attention, substantial time for manual therapy or dry needling selected from the examination, and direct exercise guidance from the same DPT who examined you. The balance of the visit is determined by what you need—not by how many other patients are scheduled at the same time.

Will I work with Dr. Lim for the whole visit?

Yes. Your evaluation, treatment, education, and exercise progression are provided directly by Dr. Brandon Lim, PT, DPT throughout your reserved appointment.

Do I need to know exactly what is wrong before scheduling?

No. The evaluation is designed to help clarify whether your symptoms fit a physical therapy problem and whether any additional medical evaluation may be appropriate.

How much hands-on treatment will I receive?

Because the appointment is one-on-one, Dr. Lim can devote a meaningful portion of the visit to manual therapy, joint treatment, or dry needling when the examination identifies a useful target. He performs the treatment himself, reassesses the response, and adjusts the balance between hands-on care and exercise as your needs change.
