About Limitless
Your movement health is my mission.
Expert care should still feel personal. You work with the same physical therapist who listens to your story, treats you, and guides your plan from beginning to end.

Dr. Brandon Lim, PT, DPT, CMTPT, FMSC
No single treatment philosophy tells the whole story.
Dr. Brandon Lim earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2014 from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, School of Medicine. He has extensive experience treating patients with orthopedic and persistent pain conditions.
Through his passion for continuing education in manual therapy, pain science, and movement-health science, he realized that no one treatment philosophy can truly encompass the complex interplay of injured tissues, movement, and a person's pain experience when helping patients reach their goals.
That realization led him to develop an integrated approach. Manual therapy, pain science, movement assessment, dry needling, and progressive exercise are not competing methods. They are tools selected and combined according to what your examination, response, and goals actually require.
“I want you to understand what we are working on, why it matters, and how each step moves you closer to the life and activities you want.”
Outside the clinic
Dr. Lim enjoys weight lifting, snowboarding, inline skating, discovering different cultures through food, learning the latest evidence-informed therapy techniques, checking out coffee shops with his wife, and staying active with his son, Nathan.

Why I created Limitless
One clinician. One patient. One focused session.
Over the years, I kept hearing the same frustration. In a large, busy gym, one therapist may be responsible for several patients at once while aides supervise exercises. That volume-driven structure often compresses skilled hands-on treatment into a few minutes and leaves patients moving through a printed program with limited individual correction, explanation, or clinical follow-through.
It can also make continuity difficult. Patients may not know which therapist they will see, have to explain the story again, or work through exercises without enough explanation and coaching. Important details get lost, and some begin to wonder what they are gaining in the clinic that they could not do on their own. I understood why that felt discouraging.
Limitless was my answer to that experience. I wanted one patient, one clinician, and enough time to listen, examine, provide skilled manual therapy or dry needling, teach, and adjust. Hands-on care is not squeezed into a brief add-on. When the examination supports it, I perform the treatment myself, reassess the response, and connect the change to exercise selected for your body and the life you want back.
Many people arrive with pain, injury, or fear placing real limits on daily life. My goal is to understand those limits with you, expand what feels possible, and guide you toward a life shaped more by what matters to you than by what hurts—a life without limits.
