What Should I Bring To My First Visit?
Please complete the intake forms (which can be done through the Patient Portal). Please bring loose-fitting shorts, a T-shirt, and a sports bra/tank top (for our female clients), so the clinician may be able to access the body areas that need hands-on treatment. If you have any relevant imaging documents or medical documents, please bring them with you as well. If you have not had time to fill out the intake forms prior to your visit, please allow 15 minutes to fill out the necessary forms.

Do You Take My Insurance?
Limitless Physiotherapy mainly operates as an out-of-network provider. Clinics that operate as in-network providers of insurance plans often have to see 2-3 patients per hour spending limited one-on-one time with each patient and work on a plan of care dictated by insurance limitations. We believe that, by entering a contract directly with the patient/client rather than participating with restrictive insurance contracts, we can truly provide the highest quality of customer service and the expert care we desire to provide to our patients.
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits from the following plans, your insurance may cover your care:

What Are the Benefits of Seeing an Out-of-Network Physical Therapist?
All too often, patients with high deductible insurance plans get surprised to see a huge medical bill 2-3 months after they visit their healthcare provider. Furthermore, co-payments and co-insurance amounts are ever on the rise, making co-payments as high as $30, $40, even $50 per visit with an in-network physical therapist. If you are seeing your in-network physical therapist 3 days/week, that can add up to $90 - $150 of out-of-pocket expenses for you. Unfortunately, these clinics operate on seeing high volumes of patients, and the therapist has to divide his/her hour among 2-3 patients, with little to no hands-on time with each patient. After seeing a therapist for 15-20 minutes, you are directed to do exercises with aides that you could have done yourself at home.
At Limitless Physiotherapy, you get an uninterrupted time with your skilled physical therapist, every time. With skilled hands-on treatment throughout each session, you get better faster, saving you time, and potentially money, with fewer visits to the clinic.
