How do I know if Telehealth is right for me?
We realize every patient is unique and we want to ensure that you are comfortable with telehealth before starting your session. Therefore, we can schedule a free Telehealth Discovery Session by filling out the form at the bottom of this webpage.
Will my insurance cover Telehealth Physical Therapy?
In most cases, yes. In Maryland, state laws require state-governed (fully insured) health plans to cover telemedicine/telehealth visits if the health plan would have covered the same interventions had they been provided in the office. However, there are frequently exceptions to these coverage laws and policies. Your cost sharing provisions per your insurance contract (i.e. copays, coinsurances, deductibles, etc.) may still apply. Please refer to our Billing & FAQ page for more information and download the Insurance Verification Checklist to learn how you can verify your insurance coverage.
Alternatively, if you do not have an insurance, or have a high deductible insurance plan, or have an insurance that is not listed on our Billing & FAQ page, you may purchase the most appropriate Telehealth Session for your needs by visiting our dedicated Telehealth website.
How can I schedule a Telehealth Session?
You can schedule your session by calling the office, emailing, or using the Patient Portal website.
What if I would rather visit the clinic in person, can I still come in clinic?
Yes! During this time, the office will remain open to deliver on my promise of providing safe, and effective physical therapy services to all of my patients. The safety of my patients is extremely important to me, so a thorough cleaning and sanitation measures are taken per CDC guidelines, and PPEs are worn at all times. We are providing a telehealth or virtual care option for individuals who want to take additional safety precautions.

- not letting the stay-at-home isolation order stop you from moving well and relieving your pain.
